IMPORTANT: International orders to New Zealand may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees (GST/VAT) levied by the NZ Customs Service. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. STARGO has no control over these government-imposed fees.
❓ FAQs
Can my order be delivered to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?
Yes. We can deliver to Australian PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. Please ensure the suitcase or bag dimensions will fit the capacity of your PO Box/Locker; if the item is too large, it will be redirected to the nearest Post Office for collection.
What if I am not home when my order arrives?
Our carriers typically require a signature upon delivery for security. If you are not present, the driver will usually leave a card notifying you where the parcel can be collected (often the nearest Post Office/depot). Alternatively, you may be able to provide Authority to Leave (ATL) directly with the carrier via their tracking portal.
How do I change my delivery address?
Please contact us immediately at support@stargo.com.au or +61 420 309 787 if you notice an error. If your order has already been picked & packed or shipped, we cannot guarantee a change, and the package may be subject to additional re-delivery charges if it is returned to us due to an invalid address.
What is STARGO’s policy on Lost or Stolen Packages?
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms successful delivery (Proof of Delivery) to the address provided on the order. Please ensure your delivery location is secured.
My item arrived incorrectly or incompletely. What should I do?
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or missing item, please get in touch with us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your Order Number and clear description/photos of the issue. We will promptly arrange for the correct item to be shipped or the missing item to be sent out.
